These are challenging times, and our priority is to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. We want to update you on how we will continue to operate and keep our team and you safe. Firstly, we have introduced a raft of additional hygiene and fitness-for-work protocols to ensure our staff are well and work safely. Secondly, we are making some changes to how we dispatch customer orders. These include a free delivery trials, contactless pick up options and new procedures for reception pick ups. See below for more information, the situation remains evolving, so these arrangements may change or be updated as required. New Delivery Option Beginning Friday, 20th March, we will roll out free delivery for online orders of $100 or more to the metropolitan area (40 km from our Welshpool site). At this stage, we will only be offering free delivery once per week but will review based on customer needs. See the photo above with more information on the current delivery option. The cut off for delivery orders is 12 noon the day before scheduled delivery. If your online order hasn't been received by this time, it will be processed as a pick up order.
Want to come in to our Welshpool facility? IN-STORE ORDERS: You can come in and order in-person if you prefer: we take walk-in and telephone orders between 11 am and 4 pm weekdays. It may take us a little while to prepare your crays when you come in as this facility is our export factory. We ask for your assistance with the following: -please do not present to reception if you have a cold/ flu-like symptoms or a temperature - follow the social distancing guidelines as advised by the government; our reception area is small if a customer is already inside when you arrive, please remain outside until they leave or call 9435 8956 and order over the phone. -We will not accept cash payments unless prior arrangements are made (we accept all major credit cards except AMEX)
ON-LINE/ TELEPHONE ORDERS: We prefer you place your order online at least one day before you want your order. Call us on 9435 8956 to place your telephone order . When ordering online, if you tell us the time, you think you'll be dropping by in the order comments we will make sure it's ready to go!
CONTACT-LESS PICK UP OF ONLINE ORDERS : For customers that are picking up their online orders from Welshpool, we now offer a contactless car-boot drop-off. Call 9435 8956 when you arrive in the carpark and give your name/ order number and a description of your vehicle to staff. A staff member will bring your order to you shortly after that and leave in your car boot. We recommend you have an esky, box or similar ready in your boot for us to place the product in.
